What is the difference between a WARRANTY and a GUARANTEE?

Warranties only cover manufacturing defects whereas the KlapProof guarantee covers real-life travel damage. This is important because damage caused by your carrier will not be covered under your product warranty but with KlapProof, there is no argument.

How long does KlapProof last for?

We offer 12-month and 24-month guarantee options. This does not replace the standard warranty on your product which can be up to 10-years depending on which product you purchased.

How much does KlapProof cost?

Current costs are R199 for 12-month and R299 for 24-months cover.

What is covered with the subscription?

Any damage to your suitcase(s) even if it is by third parties. Wear and tear isn’t covered – it is just functional damage – but it saves you the time of going through claim departments and a lot of red tape.
