It hasn’t broken yet so that’s great.
A colleague of mine has a set and has been using it for a year already and his looks good still. We travel out of country (west Africa) 4x a year totalling 16flights a year including connection. So his bags have been tested well. I’ll see how mine hold up. If I get 3 years out of it I’ll be happy. Other bags just don’t last with the way Africa treats bags. He has no complaints which drove me to getting myself a set.
It just seems a bit thin. But flexibility is a good thing with bags so let’s hope it’s the good type.

Hi! There is a 3 year manufacturing warranty on the luggage. It isn’t covered for damage by carriers but will look after any manufacturing issues.

Mel, good news is that we are opening our new shop in Northriding on Tuesday the 2nd (Easter Monday is a public holiday). We have stock there so can either deliver it to you same day or Wednesday morning of the 3rd, latest. You can also pick up at your convenience as we are just up the road from Fourways.
