We have partnered with an international business, Test Freaks who has recently been renamed to TrustVoice. This business specialises in the collection and moderation of reviews for products bought around the world as well as products bought by customers from our store.
We use their team to collect real-world reviews for products that we sell. In some instances, reviews are not available especially for newly-launched product.
From time to time, we will also contact past customers for reviews and feedback of their purchases which can be published along with ratings entirely at our customer’s discretion.
All reviews that are eligible for publication on our site go through a moderating team to ensure no fake or bot-enabled reviews are collected.
Staff Reviews
Some of our products also have ‘Staff Reviews’. These are bona fide product reviews from our sales staff on these particular items. Although personal preference to staff members differs from person to person, our team strives for a brand agnostic perspective when publishing this feedback.
