I had an excellent experience with Luggage Warehouse! After ordering my suitcase online, I was pleasantly surprised that I could collect it the same day. The process was seamless from start to finish. The lady who assisted me over the phone was incredibly helpful, making sure everything was in order and answering my questions with ease.

When I arrived at the store, the staff was just as friendly and efficient. They had my order ready and even helped me inspect the suitcase to ensure everything was perfect. It was refreshing to receive such prompt and attentive service—something that’s hard to come by these days.

I highly recommend Luggage Warehouse, not just for their great products but also for their exceptional customer service. A truly hassle-free experience!

Smooth going from the beginning to the end, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the lack of updates regarding delivery, I had to call the courier company to find out when the item will be delivered and it was scheduled for that same day and it did arrive but I could not have been home as I had received no email or message from the courier company
