The good ones just keep coming back! Cellini’s Cruze design gets a 2024 update on some looks and functionality and we’re happy it stays at great value-for-money pricing. Although not as high-end spec as some of it’s bigger brothers, the Cruze 2.0 offers plenty along with Cellini’s solid 10-year manufacturing warranty.
Whilst still a tough polyprop spinner suitcase, Cellini have tweaked a few design elements to elevate the look and feel of the product. Despite the obvious colour changes (2024 brings new pink, green, yellow and turquoise colours along with an upgraded black colour) the main difference over its predecessor are:
– Safe-T-Zip system for increased security when closing the case
– Colour matching wheel trims to give a bit pizazz
– The zipper bumpers are ow colour matching giving an all-round monochromatic finish
– The TSA lock is now recessed instead of protruding, giving it a more elegant finish
Whilst the interior is almost, if not identical to the original launch version, the Cellini Inside Story for packing is great and now also includes their nifty Tag pouch for you to track with Apple and other phone software.
Solid wheels, solid construction and brightcolours make this a great suitcase in its own right. Carrying the Cellini badge at a more affordable price point makes this a good deal especially considering the local brand support should something ever go wrong.

Cellini’s Cruze 2.0 delivers robust quality with simple engineering. There aren’t many frills for this entry-level case but it will perform as a Cellini needs to. Throw in a great price and you’ll be hard-pressed to find equivalent value.
The pricing of the Cruze 2.0 is fantastic and mainly due to the mould design being upgraded. This doesn’t mean any risk for you: the 10-year manufacturing warranty is still applicable as is the control and holding of spare parts should any repairs be needed for unfortunate accidents.
