We offer free domestic shipping for all orders over R500. For orders below R500, a flat shipping fee will be applied. We strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your luggage purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or offer an exchange based on your preference.
