Does this plug support fast charging or USB output please?

Hi Julia, there is no voltage or electrical change - it only adapts to the country's sockets. If your power source is fast-charging and fits in a 3-prong then this feature should be maintained in the country you are visiting. However, there is no USB output on it as it is only an adaptor.
