We outsource our deliveries to multiple service providers who offer reach to all corners of South Africa. Logistics is a complex business and downstream linkage to your destination has difficulties requiring expert and professional service. Luggage Warehouse will provide external tracking details once the waybill has been created. This will be communicated to you once provided to us and will assist you in tracking the delivery to you your door.
In the past, Luggage Warehouse has strived for a 3-4 working day delivery to major metro areas. We have recently opened a new distribution in Johannesburg which is allowing a much quicker delivery timeframe to our clients. Delivery may be as quick as 24hrs now but this is entirely dependent on stock availability at one of our 2 distribution centres and your location. Currently, standard delivery protocols are followed but should an accelerated or overnight delivery be needed, please contact us to explore options and realistic possibilities.
Our delivery partners do not operate a weekend or public holiday service.
Should urgent pickups need to be done from our partners at major depots, please get in touch with us to determine if this is possible with the local ground team. Every effort will be given offer you the speediest delivery possible.
