Our Repair Centre
Travel can be unpredictable and sometimes damage can occur - even if not your fault. Luggage Warehouse is an accredited repair centre for all the brands we carry. In many instances, we can assist on a while-you-wait basis if we have the stocks available. Where something specific may be required we can coordinate with our suppliers to assist wherever we can.
Please note that we don't carry generic spare parts so are unable to repair suitcase brands that we don't carry or some imported items that aren;t supported in South Africa. In these instances, we can refer you to alternative options. Kindly email us your detailed enquiry and we'll do our best to assist.

In instances where repair is not possible, consider a trade-in for new luggage and we'll donate your old luggage to wonderful homeless charities like U-turn. Get in touch and we'll see how we can help you upgrade your luggage!
