STEP 1

BRING IN YOUR OLD LUGGAGE TO ONE OF OUR STORES

We are not worried about the condition of you bag - we want it! Bring in your broken case or your Grandfather's 1920's brown wooden trunk, we don't mind. You can do your upgrade at one of our Gauteng (Deco Park) or Western Cape (Access Park or Willowbridge) stores.

STEP 2

GET R200 TOWARDS YOUR NEW LUGGAGE

You get R200 towards your new luggage purchase. No arguments, no haggling, no 'expert opinion' - just an instant R200 to your name! You'll need to need use this discount towards your upgraded luggage purchase from one of our shops. See further Ts and Cs below.

STEP 3

WE DONATE YOUR OLD SUITCASES

We will repair whatever luggage we can. These cases are then donated to a brilliant charity focussing on homeless and destitute citizens: U-Turn operates in both the Western Cape and Gauteng. Any unusable luggage for these charities will be ethically disposed of at our cost.

T's & C's and FAQ

No Cash Exchange

We are not trading your case in for cash. We are providing you with a R200 credit towards your upgraded luggage purchase from one of our stores.

You can only buy luggage

Your R200 credit can only be utilised towards stock in our significant luggage category. It cannot be used for other products like handbags, wallets and accessories.

One for One

You will receive a R200 credit per case that you trade-in. However, you cannot 'load' your credits towards a purchase of a single upgraded case. One trade-in per one upgrade.

On Sale and Promo items?

I want to use my R200 credit on a product already on discount. Can I? YES - even if some of our offers are on special or reduced already, knock another R200 off!

Broken or Damaged?

My luggage is broken or unusable, can I still trade it in? YES - we use spare parts and repair what we can before donating to charity. Your old clutter could be someone's mobile home.

Online or In-store?

Can I trade-in and upgrade online? NO - we physically need to exchange the product in order to donate it to one of our charities. Please visit one of our stores located in Gauteng or the Western Cape.
