For your convenience, Luggage Warehouse and our payment portals offer a number of convenient ways to complete your purchase.

Internet transfer

After you have deposited the money into our account, we need to wait for the transfer to be effective and cleared. Your goods will be shipped immediately after this approval. Please be aware that any cheque deposits can take up to 7 days to approve.

Please note that ‘instant’ EFT payments may still be subjected to bank processing delays especially after cut-off times. These can vary. If you are doing an ‘instant’ in-store, our staff have been instructed to only release your goods once the payment has been received in our bank account.

Credit Card

We use the Paygate transaction system for online purchases with credit cards. This system employs a 3D secure mechanism for Mastercard and Visa credit cards only. For more details on the security and processes, please feel free to read about them at DPO Paygate.

Happy Pay

We have partnered with the BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) business, Happy Pay. We regard them as an innovative company that will offer you the option (certain criteria to be met) to split the cost of your purchase over 2 payslips. You will need to take a short questionnaire to apply for authorization. Simply place your order with us and use Happy Pay as your payment option and check out as normal. Zapper

We have partnered with Zapper to offer a convenient app-based wallet and QR checkout solution. Within this channel are other Zapper Credit Cards, BNPL and EFT options for your convenience. For any queries on the Zapper system, please read HERE.

Apple Pay / Samsung Pay

Apple Pay and Samsung Pay options may be offered from time-to-time via our partner channels. If these convenient options are active at the time of your purchase, you are welcome to pay via these channels.

Cash

Cash is only accepted in-store. For security purposes, our courier partners and delivery team are not able to accept cash for online deliveries.

Cheques

We do not accept cheques in our stores nor as a deposit payment via your bank. Please use an alternative method to complete your payment.
