By selecting a personalised product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Personalised items are customised specifically for you and, due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or replaced for change-of-mind purchases.
- Your standard consumer rights remain protected. Should a refund be approved for a personalised item, the cost of replacing or restoring any personalised components required to return the product to a new, resellable condition may be deducted from the refund amount.
- All text, spelling, initials, symbols, upper/lower case selections, and personalisation details are submitted exactly as provided by the customer during the ordering process. Please check all details carefully before completing your order, as we are unable to amend or accept responsibility for customer input errors once production has commenced.
- Personalisation previews displayed online are intended as visual representations only. Final appearance, including positioning, scale, colour, finish, contrast, and layout, may vary slightly between products, materials, manufacturing processes, screen settings, mobile devices, and viewing environments.
- While every effort is made to ensure a premium and consistent finish, slight variations form part of the bespoke nature of personalised products.
- We expect personalised orders to fall within our standard ordering and delivery timelines. However, certain complex designs, approval processes, or production capacity constraints may occasionally add an additional 1–2 business days to fulfillment. While uncommon, this should be considered when placing time-sensitive or urgent orders.
